It’s simple really. Located directly across the street from us is one of the North End’s most classic little family trattoria’s: Panza. They keep us well fed as we are busy stocking shelves and selling wine. They like to cook, we like to drink, so the combination of the two is about as natural as it gets.
The Pop-Up Wine Bar works like this: Panza is going to convert into a wine bar for the latter part of the evening (8-11pm) on Tuesday, Feb. 28th. The Wine Bottega crew will be on hand to help pour delicious wines by the glass while you enjoy tasty small bites lovingly prepared by the kitchen. You can do a tasting flight of three wines with a plate for food for just $30. Then glass pours will be just $5 (!!!) ’till 11 o’clock or the wine runs out. No need to RSVP, just show up thirsty.
