You could also pair wine with music - a great acoustic singer/songwriter and pair wine that you feel suggests the various subtleties of the arrangement and words. Just an idea. I even know a great singer/songwriter that has some great original tunes as well as some songs in italian that might pair well with your wines. Anyway, keep up the great ideas!
